Refund policy

Returns:
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Items not received within the period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition.

Sale items are eligible for exchange only within the 14-day window; we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on sale items after this period.
Alina Collections will honour the exchange on the following terms:

- All Tags must remain in place, If the returns tag is not secured on the garment the return will not be accepted

- If there is any indication that the Garment has been worn, washed or altered it will not be accepted.

- All returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number and a copy of the receipt.

To obtain an Authorisation Number you will need to contact us via email sales@alinacollections.com.au with the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or store credit.

Alina Collections does not offer Refunds.
