Shipping & Costs

Alina Collections ships Australia wide Free of charge.
Shipping within Australia is sent via Australia Post and arrives within 2 - 7 days from purchase.

For all regional areas, delivery is between 5 - 10 working days.
New Zealand shipping costs : $30

Rest Of the World shipping costs : $45

Order Information:

For all online customer service and product enquiries, please email info@alinacollections.com.au 24 hours a day. If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.

Returns:

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Items not received within the period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition.

We are unable to accept Returns or Exchange on any sale items. 

Alina Collections will honour the exchange or Refunds on the following terms:

- All Tags must remain in place, If the returns tag is not secured on the garment the return will not be accepted

- If there is any indication that the Garment has been worn, washed or altered it will not be accepted.

- All returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number and a copy of the receipt.

To obtain an Authorisation Number you will need to contact us via email sales@alinacollections.com.au with the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.

On receipt of the item they will be checked and once cleared, you will either receive your new items for exchanges, or refund excluding shipping cost. You will receive notification of this through email.

Important Information:

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items).Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
