Shipping & Costs

  • Standard shipping may take 2-7 business days 
  • Shipping to regional areas may take 5-10 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $150AUD
  • $10 shipping fee on orders under $150AUD
  • $30 shipping fee to New Zealand
  • $45 shipping fee on all other international orders

If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund if we are unable to source the item in the time frame required.  

Returns:

Alina Collections will gladly exchange or issue a store credit on full priced items returned within 7 days of purchase. Garments must be in original condition and all original tags must be attached with proof of purchase.  Our store does not offer Refunds. 

In accordance with the ACCC if the garment you have received has a fault, then we have the right to repair the fault and send it back to you or replace it with a new garment.  In the event that we are unable to repair or replace the faulty item then we will refund you in full for your purchase.

To be eligible for an Exchange/Store Credit, please ensure: 

  • All tags are in original place - If the returns tag is not secured on the garment the return will not be accepted
  • If there is any indication that the garment has been worn, washed or altered it will not be accepted
  • All returns must be accompanied by a return's authorisation number and a copy of the receipt

All Sale and Promotional Sale items are final, and no refunds or exchanges are offered.

On receipt of the item, they will be checked and once cleared, you will either receive your new item for exchange, or store credit note. You will receive notification of this through email.

Important Information:

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

Important Address Reminder:

Kindly double-check that the postal address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided during purchase. 

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our store, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier. However, if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, we’ll do everything we can to assist in locating and tracking your parcel.
