Shipping is free on orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $150 AUD, a flat rate of $12.95 applies (5-8 business days), or you can choose Express shipping for $18.95 (1-4 business days). International orders (0-5kg) are charged a flat $40 shipping fee, with customs taxes not included.

What conditions must be met for a garment to be accepted for an exchange or store credit?

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, garments must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in original unworn condition with all tags attached, and accompanied by a return authorisation number and proof of purchase. Refunds are not offered, except for faulty items.

If a received item has a fault, Alina Collections has the right to repair or replace it; if these aren’t possible, a full refund will be issued according to their policy.

For international orders, shipping to New Zealand is $30 and shipping to the rest of the world is $45. Once your order has been dispatched via Australia Post, you can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't quite right, our returns and exchanges policy gives you 14 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all tags still attached.

Please note that sale items are only eligible for exchange (not refund) within the 14-day window, and Alina Collections does not offer refunds on any order. To start a return, simply contact us with your order details and the reason for your return, and we'll issue a returns authorisation number along with instructions on where to send your item.
